This website is operated by STET BEAUTY ("STET", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

STET products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results vary from person to person. Read the full ingredient list before use, patch-test any new product, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, consult your doctor before use.

Evidence labels

We describe the scientific support for our ingredients as PROVEN or EMERGING. These labels summarize published research on the ingredient. They are not a promise of a specific result for you.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information, including ingredients and percentages, accurate and current. Packaging may be updated over time. If there is ever a difference, the label on the product you received is the reference.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to STET BEAUTY or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to publish and use them in connection with STET. We publish reviews as received and do not edit them to change their meaning.

Third-party services

Payments, shipping and site hosting are handled by third-party providers, including Shopify. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STET BEAUTY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
