Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: every order is filled and packed to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days before it ships.
• Delivery: once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during peak seasons or carrier delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Customs and duties

US orders are fulfilled within the United States, so you won't pay import duties on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at support@stetbeauty.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it until the order ships.
